Our design process:

Initial consultation to explore your basic desires and budget  (no fee).

It is helpful, but not necessary, for you to have:

  • Approximate size and layout of existing space or "foot print" if new construction.

  • Photos, Houzz, or Pinterest folders to relay design details or general "feel" for the desired space.

  • Any specific appliance selections that you have already made.

First presentation meeting (no fee)

We will present you with the general layout, design concepts, and estimated pricing.

All drawings, specification sheets, and samples remain with us.

Going further with your design (fee based)

Option One:  Cabinetry layout only

For a retainer, based on the project budget, we will provide:

  •       Scaled elevation and floor plan drawings
  •       Three-dimensional hand drawn sketches
  •       A door sample and color selections.

All drawings, specification sheets, and samples remain with us until a signed cabinetry contract and down payment is received. Retainer will be applied to final price.

The design plan may be available for purchase if you choose not to order cabinetry.

Option Two:  Additional design consultation

For an additional fee, based on time and expenses, we will provide electrical layout plan and complete design recommendations:

  •        Countertops
  •        Flooring
  •        Appliances
  •        Lighting
  •        Backsplashes
  •        Plumbing fixtures
